The position does not require reallocation but regular presence in the plant.If you want to discover a new environment, be part of Competitive position capability in stretch connection with operations, create new connections, develop your career, and help us capture new opportunities with your aptitudes and skills, join us on this opportunity **starting with 1-year assignment**.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:**Identify/Originate ideas to improve competitive cost position given a known commercial & operational strategy**- Partnering with Operations to _proactively_ identify and deliver on our most profitable opportunities.- Supporting Operations teams through the Decision-making Framework on optimizing Capital utilization understanding the _alternatives_ with focus on _marginal analysis_.- Support and influence on reducing the _operating cost breakeven _point for the plant, improving our _Cost Position._- Connect Plant Management on the Return on the Capital Consumed and on the sensitivity of operations bets on it. Work together with Operations and other capabilities to ensure right _profitability of the assets._- Proactively collaborate with other teams in the organization to advance opportunities in an agile, effective, and efficient way: Commercial Strategy, Network Profitability, Business analytics, Costing and Controlling Team, through the concept of _cross-functional team working. _- Utilize your unique abilities as a_ Subject Matter Expert_ to accelerate improvement on Key areas of the business by leveraging that knowledge globally.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting educational background with strong strategic and partnering mindset- High conversational and written level of English- Preferable experience in a production plant with similar or operational responsibilities.- Ability to link actions to financial impact in the Profit & Loss Account, financials understanding and ability to interpret them- Excellent analytical capabilities, good sense for numbers and ability to manage data to solve the problem and identify opportunities.- Result oriented approach to work, collaborative mindset, open minded, and with willingness to achieve common goals.- Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.- Honesty, integrity and entrepreneurship- Very organized and focused.
