Your mission: In this role, you will craft a visionary roadmap and strategic growth plan for both short and long term, in alignment with customer strategies for our Snacks and Beverages categories. This involves creating compelling narratives that resonate across channels, leading impactful customer engagement events, integrating categories within PepsiCo's strategy, and leveraging analytical insights to transform plans into actionable success. Responsibilities Your day to day with us: Develop a visionary roadmap and strategic growth plan for the next 2-3 years, aligning with customer strategies for our Snacks and Beverages categories. Define growth levers that resonate through different channels and subchannels. Create compelling stories that captivate our customers and field teams, weaving in consumer and shopper insights, customer strategy, and category expertise. Take the lead in creating impactful Discovery meetings, Big Bets sessions, Trade-to-Trade (T2T) dialogues, and Growth summit events as part of our World Class Customer Engagement process. Integrate the different categories within the PepsiCo strategy seamlessly. Work closely with marketing, sales, trade, and more to create a perfect synergy. Dive deep into the analytics of product categories. Uncover sales trends, shopper behaviors, and competitor performances, transforming insights into action plans that hit the right notes. Team up with Sales Managers and Customer Category Managers to compose a Customer Category growth plan that resonates. Support the World Class Customer Engagement process with top-notch customer management. Develop the foundation of an Assortment & Shelving strategy that's as satisfying as a perfectly balanced chord. Utilize consumer preferences and market dynamics to propose clear and actionable plans for SKU rationalization, assortment share, OOS analysis, planograms, and game planning. Qualifications What will you need to succeed? 5-7 years of experience in Category Management, Trade marketing, Business Analytics or SalesStrong communication skills in both English and SpanishLeadership to set the agenda, make projects and visions happen, be able to run multifunctional projects, to demonstrate influential impact at various levels and functions in the organization and with customers.Proven analytical proficiencyAbility to lead long term vision next to short termPrior experience working with Nielsen, IRI and/or Kantar What makes us different?
