Responsibilities
• Ensure the application of safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.• Ensure customer needs in terms of quality, cost, and deadline, alerting and applying solutions in case of deviation.• Ensure manufacturing according to defined work standards.• Validate production plan based on capacity, ensuring availability of raw materials, and optimizing available resources.• Implement and update SQSCDI objectives, analyze deviations, and establish action plans.• Manage personnel.• Participate in the development of the company's budget and investment plan for your area.
Requirements
• Engineering degree.• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial setting.• Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.• Experience in team management.• Experience working with Lean methodology.• We are looking for a person with leadership, proactive and human.• Fluent in Spanish, Catalan is a plus, and French is a plus.• Advanced Excel and SAP skills desired.
