Obras para necesidades y ayudas técnicas.- Controlar unidades en cartera mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO), así como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades.- Gestionar personas a su cargo, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y procesos establecidos por RR.HH. y formación técnica: gestión desempeño, formación anual, Servicio Excelente y técnicas 5-10-5, etc., asegurando la adecuación del desempeño del equipo a las necesidades de la compañía.- Responsabilizarse de la comunicación interna dentro del equipo, incluyendo la preparación e impartición de reuniones.- Garantizar la seguridad de equipo y clientes, mediante la impartición de cursos de seguridad, el análisis de riesgos no estandarizados y realización de evaluación de FPAs.Requisitos mínimos:FORMACIÓN: Grado en arquitectura técnica o ingeniería.EXPERIENCIA PREVIA: No requerida.
