What you will be doing Alliance Healthcare, en su área de negocio de Alcura (empresa encargada de proporcionar soluciones de soporte a ensayos clínicos y a pacientes) está en búsqueda de un responsable de área por ampliación del equipo. Serás la persona responsable de coordinar las operaciones dentro de nuestra red de almacenes subcontratados para garantizar que la cadena de suministro funcione eficientemente. Reportarás al Manager del equipo formado por otras dos personas, y supervisarás las siguientes áreas: coordinación y ejecución de actividades de almacén, gestión de stocks, logística, calidad.
Funciones:
· Planificar y coordinar la estrategia con la red de almacenes subcontratados para los procedimientos de aprovisionamiento, distribución, almacenaje y transporte y operaciones de packaging.
· Detectar y proponer acciones de mejora continua para la optimización de los procesos de trabajo, se requiere proactividad.
· Resolver las incidencias de su ámbito de responsabilidad y gestionar reclamaciones con los proveedores.
· Control y cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.
* reuniones de seguimiento con los distintos proveedores a cargo.
* reuniones de seguimiento y soporte de proyectos con los departamentos internos involucrados (Project Management, Business Development, QA, GMP, GDP, etc).
* Analizar los KPI´S logísticos para medir el éxito y la eficiencia de los procesos de supply chain dentro de la compañía.
· Elaboración de la documentación relacionada con Supply Chain para los almacenes subcontratados y asegurar su seguimiento y cumplimiento.
* Control de la facturación de los proveedores a cargo.
· Velar por la actualización y la fiabilidad de las bases de datos del ámbito de gestión.
What your background should look like  Experiencia requerida:Experiencia mínima de más de 5 años experiencia previa en funciones similares.Formación en el ámbito de Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas, comercio internacional o ADE. Será valorable formación complementaria en el área de supply chain ó logística.Experiencia previa desarrollando funciones similares en sectores como pharmaceutical manufacturing, vendor management, negotiation, transportation, logistics and supply chain, distribution.Usuario avanzado de office, especialmente Excel – gestión tablas dinámicas.Gran capacidad de comunicación interpersonal en español y en inglés, tanto verbal como escrita. Nivel inglés avanzado.Fuertes habilidades de negociación, colaboración y resolución de problemas.Capacidad completa de gestión de la cadena de suministro.Clara orientación a resultados, mejora continua, visión de negocio y polivalencia.Pensamiento analítico, proactivo y positivo; así como orientación al cliente/servicio y capacidad para equilibrar y priorizar múltiples tareas.
