For our client, we are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Manager.As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across multiple sites in Iberia (Alicante-Jimten, Okondo-Masa, and Lisboa-Zypho) to ensure synchronized demand and supply plans that optimize service levels, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency.Your role involves executing planning for new growth initiatives, managing market insights integration into demand plans, balancing supply and demand, and identifying risks and opportunities.Additionally, you will enhance the company's supply chain planning processes, support transformation projects, and develop team capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead S&OP Process:Drive the S&OP process, aligning demand and supply plans, and optimizing service levels and efficiency. Execute planning for new growth initiatives and phase-out of products.Market Insights Integration:Effectively collect market insights and integrate them into the demand plan, collaborating closely with Marketing & Commercial teams.Supply Chain Planning Improvement:Enhance company's Supply Chain Planning and Control processes, including resource planning, inventory management, cost variance analysis, and project management.Support Transformation Projects:Support supply chain transformation projects, motivating the team and ensuring successful execution of strategic plans.Team Leadership:Lead and coordinate S&OP team activities, ensuring flow of products and optimizing productivity and stock levels. Develop and implement MTS/MTO classification models and planning strategies.Demand Forecasting:Review and analyze forecast demand versus actual demand, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotions, new product introductions, and phase-outs.Continuous Improvement:Continuously improve each step of the S&OP process, implementing best practices and tools.Operational Purchasing:Take responsibility for operational purchasing and traded goods planning process.KPI Monitoring:Monitor and drive initiatives to improve supply-related KPIs such as Schedule Adherence, OTIF, Days Cover, and Supplier OTIF. Take corrective actions as needed.Team Development:Support and coach procurement and production planners, facilitating their development within the team.Required Experience and Skills:Industrial Engineer with an MBA from a top Business School.Lean Six Sigma & APICS certifications desired.10+ years of experience in manufacturing industries with exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Business Planning.End-to-End Supply Chain / IBP / S&OP processes knowledge and experience.Strong leadership and project management skills.Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).Proficient in analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Python) and ERP systems (Dynamics AX / SAP).Strong understanding of financial and controlling concepts.Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and manage risk effectively.Functional Competencies:Highly reliable, energetic, and motivated.Structured and analytical working method.Collaborative mindset.Ability to intuitively weigh and manage risk in decision making.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the S&OP process, drive improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the company's supply chain operations in the Iberia region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
