In 72 hours we can reach more than 5 billion people with customized products in a smarter, faster, and greener way.What you will we doingAs a Supply Planning Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless and efficient flow of goods and materials through the supply chain to meet the company's production and distribution needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing supply plans, managing inventory levels, and optimizing the allocation of resources to support the company's operational goals. This role requires a keen understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key responsibilities of this role include: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to gather demand forecasts whilst utilizing historical data, market trends, and other forecasting tools to predict future demand accurately.Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to align supply with demand requirements.Implement inventory strategies, safety stock levels, and reorder points.Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability.Analyze slow-moving and excess inventory and recommend appropriate action.Ensure efficient production to meet planned inventory levels.Work closely with suppliers to manage lead times, quality, and on-time delivery of materials.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on supply chain performance.Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.Manage multiple high priority projects and ensure time management is allocated to the appropriate functionsBuild forward looking metrics and share out analysis proactively to avoid any ongoing OOS risks or Supply RisksPerform root cause analysis that gives insights into areas of opportunityProduce & publish reports and dashboards to support the day-to-day operational function Who you are Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting, preferably in a relevant industry.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Knowledge of supply chain software and systems (e.g., ERP, MRP, or demand planning software).Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
