We are looking forward to meeting you!**- LOOK GOOD - FEEL GOOD - LIVE GOOD****Responsabilities**- Manage customer expectations and guarantee prompt response and resolution to inquiries while taking full end-to-end ownership.- Provide detailed and accurate descriptions of bugs & tech issues enabling concise communication with the Product and Engineering team.- Assure optimal satisfaction on every interaction as per our guidelines, processes and internal service level agreements.- Constantly develop and stay up to date with knowledge of our Jeff product and regularly identify and report on opportunities for contact rate reduction through product & process enhancement.- Able to meet established KPIs consistently, constantly seeking to optimise own efficiency & productivity in order to increase service quality.**Requirements**:**Requirements**- Fluency in spoken & written English and Spanish.
