ARAGO Consulting is looking for a Support Consultant to support clients in their digital HR transformation and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
• Promptly respond to customer requests/questions• Follow up on tickets, assignments, next steps, and solution/closure of tickets• Provide guidance to customers and respond to queries• Coordinate support activities and teams to achieve a solution for each ticket• Organize and lead follow-up calls for support activities with customers and main partner (UKG)
Requirements
• Higher education in Computer Science or Human Resources• At least one year of experience working in a HRIS environment• Excellent organization, categorization, and priority management skills• Ability to provide support based on consultant and client needs• Strong communication skills in English and French
