WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE: Guide, help, support, and train agents to ensure they are comfortable with all compliance guidelines
Help to sell according to the company policies and provide high quality service successfully
Know all compliance rules and guidelines by heart and follow them strictly
Evaluate calls every day
Provide live coaching when necessary to sales and support colleagues
Report issues to Compliance Manager when necessary
Work with Sedric AI software every day to ensure it learns and improves the best way possible in different languages
Enforce the compliance rules for every sale and support agent in the company
Arrange calibration sessions with entire teams to refresh compliance rules and if necessary new compliance rules
Provide the mandatory new starter compliance training to new employees
Take care of tickets assigned to them by Compliance Manage WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN: Permanent contract. Salary 1500 euros gross monthly.
