IRC225205 – SWITCHING SPECIALIST PORTUGAL At Eni, we are looking for a Switching Specialist Portugal within Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U. In Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Invoicing & Switching Manager, you will support the team responsible for Activation for Spain and Portugal, especially in Portugal.

As a member of the invoicing & switching department at Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U. you will be responsible for :
· Consultation of web channels of gas and electricity distributors in Portugal.
· Review and resolution of incidents in switching operations in Portugal.
· Review of XML files and activation processes in Portugal.
· Interlocution with Portuguese distributors in claims, incidents, and meetings.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
· Administrative Technician or higher.
· High level of Portuguese language.
· Desirable knowledge of the electricity and gas sector, tariffs and legislation in force in Portugal.
· Desirable basic knowledge of physical concepts related to energy (power, energy, voltage level, reactive, measurement units, tariff periods, readings).
