Sysops Engineer L2 - Cloud (Barcelona)

For our IT Operations area, we are looking for a SysOps Engineer with experience in certain tools to guarantee the implementation, scaling, migration and administration of our systems and applications.
This is a key role to guarantee the traceability of the service by the resolution of business requests and incidents related to information technology (IT).


Job duties and Responsabilities: Prepare the platform monitoring systems and automation of actions for the resolution of incidents.Administration of critical environments in Cloud (Azure).Aware of the importance of security and with basic knowledge of safe design of IT cloud architectures.Knowledgeable about CI/CD processes and their associated tools.Oriented towards the quality of deliverables.Prepare technical documentation.Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in IT or similar.Skills in corporate tool Jira and Azure platform.Monitoring knowledge is a must:(Elastic, Grafana, Opsgenie, Azure...)Creation of scripts for task automation.Organization and proactivity.L1 incident management.English fluent (C1) is a Must.What we offer: Competitive salary!
