col-wideJob Description:If you think that your perfect co-worker would be _R2D2_Your site is in GMV!We are expanding our radio frequency systems engineering team for the Galileo project in the development of upgrades and deployment of ground stations located in Europe and the French Overseas Territories.**WHAT CHALLENGE ARE YOU GOING TO FACE?**In our team you will support the Galileo RF radio frequency systems and antennas team, where you will develop your career in ground stations and perform tasks such as:- Tracking the evolution of Galileo's ground control segment in the areas of ground stations, antenna mechanics, radio frequency (RF) and monitoring and control.- Development of ground station upgrades from the engineering phases to verification/validation.- Support for anomaly investigations and troubleshooting of the system and its interfaces.- Provide training for new ground station upgrades to remote sites, host entities and operators.**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**For this position, we are looking for engineering graduates with an interest in the world of systems, radio frequency and antennas. We will also value previous experience, and:- Good level of English (B2)- Knowledge of radio frequency validation of Satcom subsystems and tools related to V&V (DOORS, Jira, Git...)- Integration of terrestrial subsystems within space projects- Drafting of test specifications within space engineering projects and reaction or verification of ICDs and contact with suppliers- Project Design Review (ie PDR, CDR, TRR...)- Interest in traveling around Europe and French overseas territories.**WHAT DO WE OFFER?**Hybrid working model and 4 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times and intensive working hours on Fridays and summer.Personalised career plan development, training and language learning support.National and international mobility.
