Your main purposePivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of our luxury brand. With a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, you will lead a dynamic team to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent. Your expertise in high-volume hiring, combined with your exceptional leadership skills, will be instrumental in ensuring that our company maintains its reputation for excellence in service and hospitality.
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the company's growth objectives while upholding our commitment to quality and luxury service. Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure their success.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including passive talent, for various roles within the organization. Partner with external agencies, vendors, and industry networks to enhance recruitment efforts and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Analyse recruitment metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Cultivate strong employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the luxury hospitality sector.
What will you bring?Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Ideally, proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment efforts.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices, with experience in fostering a culture of belonging and respect within the workplace. Ideally experience working in multinational and international environment with English as a daily basis.
