You're going to have global exposure and be able to find and work with very dedicated professionals in a great environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including: - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs. - Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals. - Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding. - Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent. - Strive for excellence in candidate quality. - Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts. - Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process. - Keep tracking of the information in our system. - Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires. - Participate in other HR related topics. - Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group. Requirements Ideal qualifications: - German very valued and English fluency. Spanish and other languages appreciated. - Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or HR / Finance related fields. - Passion for quality and search for excellence. - Good team spirit. - Excellent communication skills.
