You will join as a Talent AcquisitionSpecialistfocused on hiring inValencia and Madrid. But alsoourmainland Europeregionincluding Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Malta and more.We're continuing to grow as a company, so we'll be looking for you towill play an important role in the management, oversight, and improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:You'll set the strategy for hires, owning theprocess,and advising managers on the best course of action to successfully recruit for their teams.Delivering a five-star, world leading candidate and hiring manager experience. We measure our success through key ratios in the team and providing a first-class experience is crucial.Regular meets-up with hiring managers is key to establishing positive relationships and enabling you to manage and prioritise your time well.Develop and lead on the sourcing and implementation of improved recruitmentstrategies;Keep abreast of market data and trends, including competitorrenumeration;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to:Work with HRBPs and hiring managers to prepare and review job descriptions in line with the Company'stemplates;Publish job adverts in line with Apex Group guidelines as well as employmentlaw;Schedule interviews and conduct screening ofcandidates;Guide and coach hiring managers through the Apex Group hiring process and Grouptemplates;Work with the HRBPs to draft and obtain approvals for conditional offers tocandidates;Review and update Group recruitment policies andpractices;Manage internal talent pools in line with Group standards andpolicies;Provide accurate data and reporting analytics on Group recruitmenttrends;Prepare weekly progress reports to communicate status of allvacancies;Collaborate with marketing to build and improve the Employerbrand;Maintain anup to datePSL (Preferred Supplier List) for recruitment agencies;Collaborate with legal to ensure that Group Terms of Business for agency use are in line with employment laws and Groupstandards;Invoice and vendor management associated with recruitmentagencies;Offer training to managers where required for interview techniques, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.Skills Required:2+yrsexp in a similar Talent Acquisitionor agency recruitmentrole;Fluency in Spanish and EnglishBackgroundFinancial Servicesdesirablewith a good knowledge or the Spanish marketFamiliarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding);Thorough understanding of GDPR and its implication within the hiringprocess;Excellent verbal and written communicationskills;Project managementskills;Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted to the higheststandard;Ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within theCompany;Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced workenvironment;Exceptional organisational skills with sound ability to prioritiseworkload;What You Will GetInReturn:A unique opportunity to be part of an expanding globalbusinessExposure to all aspects of the businessWorking directly with an external client portfolioThe ability to apply all technical knowledge to practicalscenariosAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependents, physical or mental disability.
