Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates through various channels.The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement.Responsibilities: Being involved in the intake meetings with Hiring ManagersCollaborating on the development and implementation of an effective sourcing strategyDefining candidate personas in conjunction with the Talent Specialist and Hiring ManagerSourcing suitable candidates using a variety of channels and techniquesCrafting and dispatching recruiting emails to potential candidatesScheduling the first interviews between candidates and Talent SpecialistsDrafting innovative strategies to research candidates through professional groups and networksPromoting our Employer Brand when interacting with candidates across platformsBuilding, documenting, and maintaining a talent pool to fulfill future hiring needsMonitoring and reporting on predefined sourcing metricsFollowing up on leads from employee referralsContributing to some recruitment processes by managing the whole recruitment cycleContributing to other ad hoc projectsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, education, business, or related field or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in HR.Demonstrated affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including ATS), and candidate management systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficient computer skills.Strong sales abilities.Ability to effectively present roles and company culture to candidates.Quick decision-making skills.Desirable: A person willing to grow professionally into Talent Acquisition fieldWhat's in it for you?
