Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious acquisition and revenue growth objectives for the Products team in our Compass business unit.They must be comfortable making several calls per day, using forecasting tools, updating software and communicating on their advancements, using social network platforms, working with all areas of the business, partners, generating interest, qualifying opportunities and closing sales.A day in the life of an Inside Sales:· Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within the EMEA region. (This includes regular forecasts to regional sales manager and above).· Learn and present the value proposition for various Infor Compass solutions.· Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.· Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.· Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.· Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager.· Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.Basic Qualifications:· English at a high level, any other languages are a plus.· Background selling or positioning software or services.· Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.· High level of written and verbal communication skills in English.· High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.· Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.· Demonstrate professionalism, with high organisational planning, communication, and problem solving skills.· Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.· Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.· Right to live and work in Spain.Additional requirements:· Demonstrate passion for your company, solutions, customers, and achieving lofty goals.· Demonstrate professionalism, with above high organizational planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.· Positive and can-do attitude.· Hunter Mentality.· Minimum one and a half years of previous software or services sales experience.· High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure,fast moving, and challenging environment.· Demonstrate passion for your company, solutions, customers, and achieving lofty goals.· Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.· Demonstrate professionalism, with above high organisational planning, communication, and problem solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
