TAs work with Correlation One's instructors, operations team, & curriculum team to drive exceptional learning outcomes for the Fellows who participate in our programs ("Fellows" is how we refer to the students in our programs).The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with superior communication skills and a good understanding of providing a positive Fellow experience. This person is a quick learner, diligent with their work, and empathetic with a driving motivation of helping Fellows learn Salesforce during the program so they can use their new knowledge & skills in the real world.TAs will be expected to support synchronous sessions as well as provide asynchronous support to Fellows to ensure their comprehension and learning. Career Choice is part of a major re-skilling initiative by Amazon to help frontline workers re-skill for in-demand jobs across various industries.Work with another TA to co-manage and support approximately 20-30 learners ("Fellows"):Answer questions and hold review sessions on key concepts related to the core curriculumHold office hour meetings for groups or individualsCollaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well, stay on schedule, support a positive Fellow experience, and provide thoughtful feedback on the program to Correlation One.Attend live classes/lecturesParticipate in the Assistant Instructor onboarding.Review TA onboarding documentation and materials.Attend and participate in all of the onboarding training sessionsBe communicative and responsive to Fellows, colleagues, and the Correlation One personnel.
