col-wideJob Description:**Imaging Team Leader**:**Job Summary**:We're looking for enthusiastic Imaging Team Leaders to join Cazoo. The role will be based at our vehicle preparation centre in Corby, helping to build the UK's best used car buying experience.**Job description**:We are looking for Imaging Team Leaders who can work within our fast paced Imaging suite. You'll be working in close conjunction with our refurbishment partner and Cazoo colleagues, so the ability to work collaboratively, efficiently and with a close eye for detail is essential.The role needs someone with the right mindset and capability to become part of a fast paced, data-driven business that will help us transform automotive retailing in the UK.**What you'll be doing**:- To act as shift leader to a team of up to 4 lmaging Specialists in a seven day a week operation- Ensure that all vehicles are imaged to Cazoo standard- Delivering the required output volume per imaging shift- Liaising across our outsourced partners to help identify any quality or production bottlenecks- Ensure your team's technical knowledge and imaging techniques are kept up to date and are being applied appropriately- Utilise Cazoo imaging reporting suite to identify areas of opportunity and efficiency- Full compliance with Cazoo and our supply partners health & safety policies- Working across Operations and Product to make recommendations about how we can improve our process and quality**Key skills required**:- A proven level of leadership experience.- A minimum of 1 years experience of vehicle imaging, or a similar photographic role.- A minimum of 6 months experience of AOS and Cazoo apps and systems.- The ability to accurately record individual and team productivity- The ability to drive a team to hit KPIs- Excellent communication skills- A high degree of flexibility- Familiar with working with technology e.g. tablets, smart phones, digital imaging equipment etc- Intermediate experience of Google sheets and docs- A fast paced mindset- Willingness to travel (full driving licence required - max 6 points and no disqualifications)- Good understanding of photography and editing software- Highly disciplined and process driven- Proven organisational skills and be an effective communicator- Keen eye for detail- Flexibility to work various hours and days on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and evenings.**Further info**:Founded in 2018, Cazoo is backed by leading investors and has a highly experienced team, led by Founder & CEO, Alex Chesterman OBE.Our selection process will typically involve an initial chat on the phone and a face to face interview near our new regional office.
