Sunhero is headquartered in Berlin, Germany with a regional hub in Barcelona, Spain.We are looking for a Team Manager - Solar Sales to join the company in a hypergrowth phase. This role is tasked with leading a Sunhero sales team and developing your team to a world-class level. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers and learn how to scale a company.Job Description- You recruit, manage lead a team of sales managers and motivate them to perform at their best- You are responsible for the success of the team and that you hit your KPI's together.
