Together with talented and sociable colleagues, you will work on the ultimate Student Experience.What you will doDirectly responsible for making tenants, parents and visitors feel safe and welcome.Be a role model and an ambassador for the company;Supervising the common facilities and responsible for handling complaints, wishes, repair requests and questions;Ensuring the property is always in a good shape and everything is working accordingly;Handling complains of students from the building;First point of contact for suppliers and questions related directly to the property;Managing, training of duty managers, receptionist and responsible for the yearly performance reviews;Directly responsible for reading and acting on security reports and contribute to management reports;Drafting and reviewing the annual and long-term maintenance plan;Responsible, in coordination with your manager, for directing third parties who carry out work at the location and for monitoring the BMS (building management system);Working shifts as a duty manager (0,5 fte);Coordinating/working with third parties and the corporate organization in the Netherlands and the local Spanish departments/ colleagues.Who are we looking for?More than 5 years of relevant work experience;A Quality and Customer focused mindset and you show Leadership and Entrepreneurship in combination with a strong Commitment;You are Decisive and Collaborative and have Excellent Communication skills;Salary depending on knowledge and experience between 35-40k per year.Interested?
