This role, based in Barcelona, encourages at least 2 days per week at the local office, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying potential candidates for smart automation technology automation, that will generate value for AXA Partners day-to-day activities, through some ideation sessions that you would lead.Applying the Automation & AI Team methodology to perform the end-to-end assessment process to select & prioritize the Tech Led Squad backlog & roadmap.Onboarding of key IT & business stakeholders into the project: Local IT teams, Architecture, Security, Data Privacy, Business managers, sponsors, etc.Defining & follow-up all IT prerequisites needed to build the automation opportunity.Developing the smart automation user case using agile methodology & documenting all developments to ease the maintenance.Making sure that the knowledge transfer to local IT team is achieved.#LI-SPSu PerfilMust haveSolid previous experience as a DeveloperSmart Automation software engineering skills: Strong experience in RPA (UiPath) and some knowledge in Power Platform, OCR, R/Python, AI/MLLanguage skills: English (mandatory), Spanish & French (beneficial)A high level of initiative, autonomy, organization, and drive.
