.DIRECCIÓN TÉCNICA – GRUPO HOSPITALITYPOSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a Technical Director for a young, dynamic, internationalized Spanish hospitality group that is experiencing strong growth.So, we need expert architects in hospitality to help take the group to the next level!The portfolio of this group mainly consists of hotels, but they have a wide variety of diversified assets within the hospitality industry.Due to our significant growth in all our business units (both nationally and internationally), we are seeking a Technical Director for our group to elevate our expansion and renovation projects to another level, bringing in all the accumulated experience from other hotel groups.WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?As our Technical Director, we are looking for a highly proactive individual with strong knowledge and experience in hotel development projects.Of course, the most important aspect will be leading and coordinating a diverse team of +5 individuals who will assist you in your mission.The challenge is to lead all our construction and renovation projects from their conceptualization and design phase to their implementation. Currently, the team consists of architects and Project Managers with national and international experience.Remember: we are undergoing strong expansion both nationally and internationally, so we are looking for people who thrive in dynamic environments!Therefore, when you join us, we expect from you at least to:Lead and coordinate with your team all construction and renovation projects, both for existing assets (renovation/remodeling) and new developments (new construction and refurbishment), ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery times.Coordinate with teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for the design and execution of these projects.Develop design projects that reflect and ensure the positioning and operational excellence of our different brands across our various assets.Manage projects comprehensively: feasibility studies, budgeting, contractual alignment of the project with the work, resource and cost optimization, ensuring compliance with local and international construction and safety regulations, evaluating and selecting and coordinating suppliers and contractors for construction and renovation projects... In short, comprehensive project management.Participate in the strategic planning of expansion and development of our chain.Supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel properties, ensuring their optimal functioning, and implementing energy efficiency and sustainability measures in the properties.Collaborate with operations and hotel management teams to ensure the integrity of facilities and the satisfaction of our teams and customers.Conduct risk analysis and contingency planning for potential contingencies
