We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager with experience in technical management and leadership of complex projects.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our team, you will be the lynchpin in the connection between projects and technical strategy, ensuring alignment and operational excellence, you will develop the following functions:
Technical coordination of projects and products within the Systems Engineering division, driving technical integration and development.Actively manage the planning and execution phases of projects in collaboration with FMS and FCS teams.Lead the technical preparation of proposals and budgets, with a focus on accurate estimation of resources and developments.Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of processes and procedures that increase the efficiency of project management.Support Project Managers during execution and in negotiations with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of scope and requirements. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this position, we are looking for an Engineer (Industrial, IT, Telecommunications or similar), with experience in the use of requirements management tools (DOORS) and project (Jira, Redmine) and design (Confluence), knowledge in DevOps processes, as well as in Verification and Validation practices, deep understanding of Project Management and Technical Project Management and experience in both back office and on-boarding Systems Architectures.
Experience with Fleet Management and Ticketing Systems and familiarity with Strategic Planning Systems would also be an asset.
