Dare to make an impact?Your Role:Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specificationsWorks closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and productsSets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specificationsIdentifies and implements opportunities of process optimizationEnsures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulationsCollaboration on the design, development, and implementation of new chemical production processes for the Aerospace sectorSupport technical department in production transfer and production trialsStrives for improvements and efficiencies in the Engineering areaMonitors KPIs for engineering processesMaintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertiseYour Skills:University degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringInterested in production and industrialization processes, and lab test validationExperience in chemical processesKnowledge in quality standards will be valuedFluent in English and SpanishHigh command of MS Office packageWillingness to work in a team and able to travelTeam player with a good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to propose new ways to work in productionAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
