This is a senior role within the Technology Department. Verato's SaaS software offering is a healthcare-specific Master Data Management (hMDM) platform that provides our customers with a complete and trusted 360-degree view of their patients, consumers, and providers. This technical software development position is focused on enhancing an established product based on client needs. This positionreports to the Head of Program Managementwithin the Technology Department.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesOversee, plan, and manage the product development stages, reviewing the development of the product commitment through the releaseHigh degree of competency with program management including, Agile methodology, identifying and managing risks, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communicating overall program statusProvide cross-functional coordination across Engineering and Product Management, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomesExperience driving product roadmap strategy and definition with the scrum teamsWork with teams to clarify goals and deliverables; Promote planning and prioritization practices based on dataCreate detailed project plans at each product development stage for maximum efficiencyWork closely with engineers, product owners/managers and other engineering teams such as DevOps, Data, Security to get high-quality products and features throughout the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)Manage project schedules, identify possible issues, address them proactively, and clearly communicate with project stakeholdersIdentify opportunities and coordinate the implementation of solutions to improve execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and process improvementsCreate and refine processes when necessary, maintain focus on reliability, improving team velocity and continual improvements, and automation and scalingTrack various key metrics related to process, product and customer that need to be to communicated to stakeholders, analyzing data to help create reports, charts and dashboards; leverage these metrics to drive improvements and influence behaviorsFacilitate technical design and architecture discussions across cross-functional teamsDecipher technical needs of other departments within the organization and translate them across stakeholder groupsMentor team members on program management discipline and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience5+ years of industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies5+ years of technical program and project management and using Agile framework Scrum, Kanban etc.,Experience working cross functionality with engineering, product management, and other functions involved in product lifecycleHands-on experience using Airfocus (or similar Product portfolio management tool) and Jira/Atlassian suite of products (or similar Task and Project management tool)Experience project managing large scale and complex software as a product initiativesEffective verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groupsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skillsA result-oriented, driven, positive attitude, that takes ownership about high quality deliverablesFamiliar managing teams doing cloud-based developmentGood interpersonal skills with superior analytical abilityAbility to learn, adapt, and handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh energy and a positive outlook with the passion to make things better at every opportunityPreferred:SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSM-SM)Work from Merida, MexicoEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
