Technical Project Management - Experienced Professional

The Role of the IT Project Manager is to:Define a project plan including Organizational Change Management plan (training and communication strategy, Change Impact Assessment plan, adoption plan)Define a Business Case, meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisIdentify the project stakeholders and collaborate throughout the project with a strong governance structureEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budgetEnsure resource availability and allocationSet deadlines and assign responsibilitiesMonitor and summarize progress of the projectPrepare reports and manage steering committeesOversee risks and issues managementProvide innovative ideas for adoptionDeliver and ensure high level quality of communication and training materialsEducation: Bachelor's degree with focus on project management
