Our TSM's bring a deep technical understanding of cybersecurity products, integrations and critical cyber threats facing our customers' environments. You will build trust with the MSP and work actively to alleviate their concerns and address pain points while providing valuable feedback and input to our product management teams on new feature requests and product improvements for the MSP.Your ImpactEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor to the MSP and their prospective customers, working with your Account team and the local teams within your territoryArchitect and propose validated solutions which address the identified SD-WAN and security problems in each individual environmentIdentify and document specific problems with the MSP's prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutionsEnsure ongoing customer happiness, support and adoptionUnderstand and effectively differentiate our platform against top competitors in the MSP portfolioAct as the MSP advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow-up with the MSP through resolutionSupport MSP on customer bids from a technical and design perspectiveWork closely with account SEs and cross-MSP SEs to develop best practicesPursue continuous self-development and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)Your ExperienceFluent Spanish and English7+ years of work experience with preferred technical pre-sales experience within the cybersecurity and/or networking fields, or comparative experience5+ years experience working in or for a Tier 1 MSP in SD-WAN/SASE technologiesAdvanced experience with SD-WAN architectures and providersAdditional technical capabilities to include a mix of the followingWAN technologies -MPLS, MetroE, Leased Lines, BroadbandTunneling protocols -SSL/TLS, IPSec, GRE, DMVPNIP Routing -BGP, OSPF, Static, Network Address TranslationVirtualization technologies -ESX, KVM, Xen, Microsoft preferredNetwork security capabilities -IPS/IDS, Zone-Based FirewallsSecurity technologies -CASB,FWaaSandZero TrustAgility to work within small creative teams as well as cross-functional teamsStrong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with an ambitious attitudeAbility to travel up to 50%The TeamSASE technologies have taken center stage and Palo Alto Networks has made significant investments in best-in-class capabilities to serve our customers' needs and win against the competition.
