We provide life science, diagnostic and applied market laboratories worldwide with instruments, services, consumables, applications and expertise.Agilent enables customers to gain the answers and insights they seek so they can do what they do best : improve the world around us.With an understanding of the Life Science and Chemical Analysis business and customer service environment we are looking to expand Spain Service management team with a new Technical Solution Manager who will take the full responsibility of Spain Application Support team and Field Service Specialist team .Main responsibilities will be :- Drive technical and human skills development plans for the Spain Customer Service Organization.- Lead Spain Field Service Specialist team and evolve the model to better support the Customers- Lead Spain Field Service Application Engineer team.- Actively collaborate with sales, customer education and European technical teams.- Designing solutions to meet customer needs and Agilent business objectives.- Implement Customer Service Organization country strategy plan- Capable to work as an individual whilst being a real team player and contributor.Expected Outputs will be :- Drive and expand application support business with full utilization of the Agilent Application product portfolio- Define an effective succession plan strategy in order to guarantee country coverage continuity for all high end product line- Improve work life balance for Field Service Engineer community- Drive a Culture of diversity & inclusion- Be an active partner in Cross divisional Collaboration projectsQualifications- Bachelors, Master Degree, University Degree or PhD in relevant Technical Matter (Chemistry, Physics,Engineering, etc.)- Direct relevant experience in Customer Service Organization, preferably as a manager / supervisor or alternatively as individual contributor.- Requires proven skills in leading / managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.- Language proficiency in Spanish and EnglishThis role can be home based anywhere in Spain with preference for Madrid or Barcelona area where Agilent offices are located.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
