In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:Support some of the clients' products/services including wifi, laptops and wearables through email, phone and chat channelsMaintain client relationships through product support and troubleshootingRespond to incoming calls, email and from end usersManage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing toolGather information from customers and advise on Google policies.Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of German, and advanced level of EnglishHave familiarity/aptitude with networks (Proxy Settings, Routers, Internet Modems, Ethernet), Android Operating Systems and Online AppsHave proficient PC skillsAre a team player and a quick learnerHave excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)It will be a plus if you have:Six months or more experience in front-line technical customer service roleAssociate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferredFamiliarity with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessaryIf you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
