Key Responsibilities: Use all the input related to the incident to manage the repair embodiment until the release of the A/C. In accordance with all the Part 145 requirements and Customer expectations.   At this step the TSM gives the drum beat to all the teams involved in the working party. The responsibilities are:  Manage the inspection phase and dispatch the results to the involved design offices Collect all the inputs necessary to perform a commercial offer to the customer Manage the repair definition with the design office and all the ATA chapters specialists Manage the working party preparation (Preparation, T/L). Ensure the planning, team compo and performance of work cards. Manage all the customer aspects to prepare the working party (Work sharing, hangar facilities). Manage the list of parts, tools, consumable needed during the embodiment Create the WOTD Provide support to the working party (on-site or off-site) by managing defect reports, additional work and all queries coming from the customer and/or the working party. Provide Approval documentation for the release of the A/C (RDAS, EASA form1, TA) At the end of the project the TSM is deeply involved in the ROE and PPR to give a feedback to the rest of the team for future cases, record all the actions to take and make a continuous improvement. Profile ?? The person to deliver : We're looking for talented people with a technical background (Bac+2 to Bac+5) and significant experience in the aeronautics industry. As a real hands-on person, you'll be able to react quickly, be analytical and have a real sense of customer service. Your autonomy combined with your rigor and keen sense of organization will enable you to succeed in this position.
