The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable skills, knowledge, experience and curiosity to the team, collaborating with technical writers to supplement existing product guides and working with Product Teams, Knowledge Management, and Customer Support to solve customer issues by creating and publishing improved product and process documentation.Responsibilities: Write outstanding product guides and documentationProvide measurable results for Customer Support, cutting down on the number of help requests by creating usable, result-driven documentsReview, organize and strategize existing product guides, suggesting useful improvementsSupplement documentation with screenshots and short videosWork with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentUse data to demonstrate the business impact of your contentRequirements:Native English speaker or equivalentMinimum 3+ years' experience in technical writing and/or content marketing related to technologyAdvanced facility in writing and proofreading content related to technologyAbility to collaborate effectively and accept constructive criticismAbility to interview Customer Support and customers to gather feedback on product documentationWhat's in it for you?
