You'll bridge the gap between HSW business needs and technology solutions, driving performance transparency, reducing HSW risks, and facilitating improvements and initiatives. Leveraging existing resources across IT, Innovation, Operations, and HSW teams, you'll lead the digital transformation of our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing function.Key Responsibilities:Lead Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of digital solutions within the HSW function.Systems Strategy: Analyze, select, implement, and support technology systems.Data Architecture: Manage the architecture of HSW data and optimize its utilization.Workflow Harmonization: Streamline digital workflows for efficiency.Technical Project Management: Oversee HSW-related technical projects.Identify Opportunities: Recognize digital product solutions that enhance internal processes.Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Bridge geographic, cultural, legal, and language differences using digital solutions.Problem Solving: Address medium to highly technical and complex challenges across multiple projects.Knowledge Transfer: Share technical expertise with HSW staff.Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as a digital HSW expert within the organization.Technologies Leveraged: IoT, RFID, Sensors (equipment/vehicles), Virtual reality, AI, Robotics, NFC, Bluetooth, Video analytics, Data analytics, Mobile HSW, Cority, Procore, Appian.Experience Requirements:HSW/HSE/QHSE Program Management: Proven experience in managing health, safety, and environmental programs.ISO Standards Development: Familiarity with ISO 45001, 9001, or 14001 program development.Sensor Integration: Experience integrating hardware sensors into software applications.Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.GDPR Compliance: Knowledge of integrating GDPR compliance into digital HSW solutions.Global Implementation: Successfully implemented HSW solutions across diverse languages and legal frameworks.Construction Industry Expertise: Understanding of health and safety practices specific to the construction industry.Graduate-Level Studies: Background in engineering or related fields.Skills:Programming Languages: Proficient in one or multiple languages, such as JavaScript and Python.Backend and Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with both backend and front-end frameworks
