En dependencia del Líder de Área de Acondicionamiento de Comprimidos, su misión principal será asegurar el correcto suministro de productos a nuestros clientes, asegurar lanzamientos, estandarizando procesos y siendo un referente en la resolución de problemas a nivel operativa, de calidad y EHS.
Se trata de una posición indefinida.
Principales responsabilidades
Colaborar para que las producciones se realicen acorde a los procedimientos, normativas y directrices de GSK. Realización de mejoras en los equipos productivos, gestión desviaciones/reclamaciones, defensa de auditorías, controles de cambios, HEs, lanzamiento de productos/nuevos procesos y correcta instalación de equipos. Asegurar el lanzamiento/transferencias de nuevos productos sabiendo que somos un área dentro del role de GFF de Aranda. Cumplir los estándares que requiere el suministro de productos, destacando el suministro a mercado USA (FDA). Apoyo a la gestión del área, para el cumplimiento de productividades (OEE-FR) y costes etc. Gestión y administración de aplicación informáticas. Colaboración en procesos de digitalización del área. Proponer e implantar iniciativas para la mejora de la Calidad y la Seguridad. Implantar y liderar iniciativas para la mejora de procesos y reducción de costes asociados al proceso productivo siguiendo metodología de GPS. ¿Qué se necesita? Licenciatura universitaria, con un claro perfil técnico. Experiencia en multinacional farmacéutica, valorándose experiencia en funciones como técnic@. Inglés nivel avanzado. Conocimiento y experiencia en entornos productivos y sistemas informáticos para su gestión (SAP, OEETollkit). Conocimientos y manejo de aplicaciones ofimáticas, Paquete Office, y Herramientas lean Sigma. Valorable Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento del entorno de acondicionamiento primario/secundario debiendo tener experiencia en labores de técnico. Capacidad de comunicación.
