.The Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Cardiovasculares Carlos III (F.S.P.) CNIC has been conceived to develop research of excellence, competitive and of international relevance in relation to cardiovascular diseases. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.Functions:To participate in the development of guidelines for automatic data collection processesTo participate in the establishment of a common data model (CDM) to be recommended for all national registries to ensure standardisation and data integrityTo review and recommend ontologies on CVD and DM for data standardisation and integration.To participate in the elaboration of guidelines on the technical and legal requirements for data sharing and integration.To propose guidelines on the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to integrate data on CVD and diabetes registries across countries.To collaborate in the development of pilots proposed within JACARDI.Mandatory Requirements:English level: C1 certificate or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in BioinformaticsValuable Requirements:C1 - Master in BioinformaticsC2 - Experience with scripting languages (Python & R) (at least 2 projects).
