WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our team you will manage the IVV team of Space Ground Segment programmes. Your main tasks would be:
Technical coordination of the IVV activities with the rest of the system team (program manager, technical director).Actively manage the planning and execution of the IVV phase of the project in collaboration with the program manager.Collaborate in the technical preparation of proposals and budgets, with a focus on accurate estimation of resources and calendar for the IVV team.Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of processes and procedures that increase the efficiency of IVV activitites. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? We are looking for a Testing manager with backgroundand interest in Ground Segment and space projects. The main requirements are:
Use of requirements management tools (DOORS and/or Jira) and project (Jira, Redmine, MS Project) and design (Enterprise Architecturee), Knowledge of ECSS standards for Verification and Validation practices, Experience in the management of IVV Teams.Experience in international projectsWe will also value previous experience, and knowledge in DevOps, MBSE and Project management or Technical direction.
