Responsibilities
• Define testing plans for projects and maintenance of the GetnetEU ecosystem• Maintain pre-production environment for test execution• Execute UAT testing plan and report progress and issues to project management• Organize testing with internal and external users, brands, processors, and providers• Ensure compliance with IT policies of Santander Group• Supervise and verify QA tests performed by technical teams• Coordinate available resources and assigned teams for testing
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in testing management for development and integration projects• At least 3 years of experience in participation of payment acquisition projects• Knowledge of cross-market processes related to contracting, logistics, business analytics, and customer support• Degree in ADE, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering• Skills and knowledge in banking payment systems, banking payments, payment industry interfaces, and regulatory compliance• Experience with testing tools, transaction simulators, team management, and budget management• Analytical skills• Preferred: knowledge of Santander methodology
