As a pivotal member of our People Operations team, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement innovative total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across various regions and cultures.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and values.Lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.Partner with People leadership and business units to assess and analyse compensation trends, market data, and internal equity considerations.Provide guidance and support to regional People teams on compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary administration.Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and employee perks.Manage the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, bonus programs, and equity awards.Drive initiatives to enhance employee recognition and rewards programs, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.Stay up-to-date of regulatory changes and industry trends affecting total rewards practices globally, ensuring compliance and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Extensive experience (8+ years) in total rewards management, with a focus on global compensation and benefits within a multinational organization.Proven track record of designing and implementing total rewards strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.Deep knowledge of global compensation practices, regulations, and market trends
