With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.**_Your mission: _**As a Trade Promotions Management (TPM) analyst your role will be to support SPAIN Sales team by maintaining a promotional planning models in the sales system. In addition, the role will be completing regular analysis of performance of both PepsiCo, customers and competitors and will have support to ensure the forecast is accurate and reflects the latest customer planning.**_Your day to day with us: _**- Perform analyses and develop 12-/24-month projections for standard 4-week IS&OP cycle : Analyze POS data and market/competitive information, where available- Perform analyses and develop 12-/24-month projections for standard 4-week IS&OP cycle : Analyze sell-in and sell-out data- Provide input to planning process: Aggregate input on shopper marketing material needs and create consolidated forecast- Perform analyses and develop 12-/24-month projections for standard 4-week IS&OP cycle: Collect information on planned promotions, innovation etc.- Execute and monitor trade spend: Track and monitor monthly promo spend- Report on trade spend planning: Evaluate overall trade promotion initiatives and provide relevant insights- Execute and monitor trade spend: Reconcile promotion numbers with customer and internal files data (owned by KAMs) and Follow up on invoicing of promotions (redemption budget)- Plan promotions with customers: Track past performance and forecast of customer margin on a monthly basis to align- Execute and monitor trade spend: Enter the agreed promotions mechanics in relevant internal sales system (Promote) and Monitor if customer budgets and rebates are in line with contract/agreements- Plan promotions with customers: Make adjustments to promo plan**Qualifications/Requirements**:**_ What will you need to succeed?_**- 1-3 years of working experience in a similar position- Computer literacy, Excel, Power Point, Word, ERT, Business Objects & SAP/ERP, willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support PepsiCo software systems- Fluency in Spanish and English**What makes us different?**- Hybrid working model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable innovation- Flexible work schedule- Variety of benefits to support your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing- Professional growth possibilities & learning opportunities- Volunteering opportunities to help external communities- Space to be you to promote our Diversity & Inclusion strategy**Being you at PepsiCo**:PepsiCo is an equal opportunity employer, committed to helping people lead healthier lives and supports workforce diversity.
