Trainer For Command And Control Systems (Brussels)

As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the training and development of the client's user team. Your responsibilities will include:Advanced Training: Deliver specialised training to the client, ensuring mastery of command and control systems.Interfacing with the client in Brussels: Act as the visible face to our client in Brussels, understanding their needs and ensuring smooth communication.Remote Coordination with Madrid: Integrate with the team of more than 20 people in Madrid, contributing to the crucial phases of the software lifecycle.Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a solid technical knowledge base, ensuring continuous excellence in the team.For this role, you will start your career at GMV with our technical team in Madrid for a period of time while receiving technical training on our systems and then join the client's offices in Brussels, where you will act as an interface between teams. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for a Trainer with an interest in the Defense sector specifically in the field of Command and Control systems development to learn our applications and to be able to provide training on them. We would also like the person to have the following skills:Training Skills: Ability to transmit knowledge effectively.Customer Management: Experience in managing customer relationships, understanding their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.Team Management: Ability to coordinate the interaction of our team in Madrid with the client in Brussels.A high level of English (C1) is required for this position.
