We are looking for a Transition and Transformation Program Manager, accountable for delivering complex ITO Transition and Transformation programs within budget and timelines. Leading the Transtion and Transformation team both at pre-contract phase and during implementation phase of the deal.
Pre-contract phase: Manage/support project managers and architects of Transition/Transformation projects in developing each project's scope of work, estimates, schedule and riskEnsuring that all Transition/Transformation Project Plans are consistent, congruent, and integrate with the overall Program Plan and customer Transition/Transformation plans.Ensuring that appropriate Transition and Transformation Methodology (TTM) processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications etc.)Implementation phase (post contract signature) Accountability of the overall program execution. Programs need to be delivered within scope, timelines, quality and costLead and manage the project managers that are in charge of the different projectsManage the different streams that are part of the program: Technical Towers, HR, Finance and administration, Assets, 3rd party contracts, Governance, etc.Financial management, including monthly re-forecasting activitiesScope managementKey skills:
5 years + experience managing complex ITO transformation programs different workstreams: setting up Data Centers, HW procurement, Security, Network, apps analysis, migration to new infrastructure, Workplace Services, etc.)Experience in Transition projects (service transition from current supplier to new supplier)Experience in migration to Cloud (private cloud, VPC and public cloud)Project/Program management skills. Capable to manage all aspects of the program: milestones, scope, finances, risks, issues, etc.PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PgMP CertificationKnowledge of ITIL processesStrong people management skills, typically with indirect reportsAnalyze and resolve problemsFocus on customers.
