The Transportation Operations Management (TOM) team is looking for a Regional Manager with leadership experience to own and execute strategic and cross-functional yard operations.An ideal candidate is organized and has excellent program management skills. Drive a performance culture, instill ownership and create a high-performing team;- Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed;- Be the main POC of transportation inside FC, being the chairmain to negotiate new projects entrance and act as problem solver to solve issues that affect BR sites;- Establish and own performance metrics and communicate them to leadership;- Ensure the standardization of process across shifts and Sites within BR Network;A day in the lifeThe Transportation Operations Manager has complete responsibility for Transportation Operations at a number of sites within a pre-defined region of the country.
