WHO WE AREIris Global is the Assistance company of the Santalucía Group.JOB MISSION:Provide the necessary assistance to our policyholders and coordinate emergency situations during their travels, ensuring the agreed-upon service and coverage.VACANCIESWe have 9 vacancies for two shifts:- Night shift: Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 8:00- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday from 13:15 to 21:00TasksYOUR DAY-TO-DAY- Answering calls and collecting all necessary information from the customer/insured.- Coordinating and managing cases with providers or internal departments for our direct policyholders and for the policyholders of our clients when necessary.- Familiarizing yourself with cases and the Terms and Conditions of each policy.- Organizing necessary logistics with external providers or internal company departments to offer the best solution for each emergency and ensure excellent service quality, meeting the expectations of insured clients.- Controlling documentation, closing the file, allocating expenses, and concluding contracted services to ensure both customer and provider satisfaction, as well as accurate billing.RequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- Languages: spoken and written Spanish, Advanced level (C1) / bilingual in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.- Minimum education: High School Diploma, desirable university education.- At least 12 months of experience in travel assistance companies.- Knowledge of insurance company customer service is a plus.- Proficiency in MS Office- Education in Tourism is valuedBenefitsHY WORK WITH US?
