WHO WE ARE Iris Global is the Assistance company of the Santalucía Group. JOB MISSION: Provide the necessary assistance to our policyholders and coordinate emergency situations during their travels, ensuring the agreed-upon service and coverage. VACANCIES We have 9 vacancies for two shifts: Night shift: Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 8:00 Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday from 13:15 to 21:00 Tasks YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Answering calls and collecting all necessary information from the customer/insured. Coordinating and managing cases with providers or internal departments for our direct policyholders and for the policyholders of our clients when necessary. Familiarizing yourself with cases and the Terms and Conditions of each policy. Organizing necessary logistics with external providers or internal company departments to offer the best solution for each emergency and ensure excellent service quality, meeting the expectations of insured clients. Controlling documentation, closing the file, allocating expenses, and concluding contracted services to ensure both customer and provider satisfaction, as well as accurate billing. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Languages: spoken and written Spanish, Advanced level (C1) / bilingual in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus. Minimum education: High School Diploma, desirable university education. At least 12 months of experience in travel assistance companies. Knowledge of insurance company customer service is a plus.
