We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking for new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.Who we are?The Finance Team is the main responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.What will you do? Manage the day-to-day operations of the treasury function, cash management, and bank relationships (cultivate and maintenance national and international relationships with banking partners). Lead implementation of improvements to the end-to-end payment processes, adapting to best practices, to streamline operations and ensure greater visibility. Collaborate and work together with the payments department to develop collections strategy. Be the point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration in the implementation of the appropriate tools and systems (ERP) for Corporate Treasury (drive process improvement and automation). Payment management according to the internal payment procedure. Contribute with FP&A to the formulation of short-term cash forecasts and provide support for the development of long-term financial modelling. Management of investment and financing alternatives as well as the issuance of guarantees. Identify process improvements and implement solutions. Deliver key metrics to monitor performance of treasury transactions. Lead and develop trainings and operating procedures for core treasury back-office processes. Optimize the groups funds and financial resources to maximize its profitability. Plan and manage FX hedging program and monitor exposure across the group. Implement a Cash Pooling for Group subsidiaries. Seeking financing for the company's working capital alongside Financial Management. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Between 7-10 years of progressive experience within treasury/corporate finance. Qualified and strong experience in finance, a professional with background of treasury management in a global, multi-entity and complex matrix organization
