Ts Implementation Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develops the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycleFunctions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.Action less complex configurations and installationsAttend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycleKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principlesAbility to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processesDisplay a strong learning orientationGood verbal communication skillsDemonstrate a client service orientationHands-on proactive in approachAcademic Qualification and Certifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or relatedAssociate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.Required Experience:Some work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologiesSome experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layersSome experience in diagnosis and troubleshootingSkills SummaryCustomer Centric Solutions, Documentations, Installation Support, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Technical Issues, TroubleshootingWhat will make you a good fit for the role?Workplace type: Hybrid WorkingEqual Opportunity EmployerNTT is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
