As a crucial member of our UAV manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of production technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing production efficiency by supervising the daily activity of a production area. Your leadership, expertise and innovative ideas will contribute to the creation of high performant manufacturing teams meeting production targets, maintaining workflow consistency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.TasksTeam Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.- Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and workload distribution to meet production targets.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability within the team.Production Management:- Oversee the assembly, integration, and testing of UAVs and related components according to engineering specifications and production schedules.- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost savings in production operations.- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.Resource Management:- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to support production requirements.- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production.- Optimize resource utilization, including equipment, tools, and personnel, to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.Quality Assurance:- Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, production reports, and inventory logs.- Generate production performance metrics, analyse data trends and prepare reports for management review.- Provide regular updates on production progress, challenges, and achievements to relevant stakeholders.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
