(UF-355) Manager Football Merchandiser & Clubs Commercial Deals Zaragoza, Aragon Misión:Colaborar en el fortalecimiento del liderazgo de adidas en la categoría de fútbol a través de acuerdos comerciales de patrocinios con clubes de 1ª y 2ª división que nos ayuden a aumentar las ventas de la categoría, así como el reconocimiento de ser "LA MARCA" del futbol a los ojos del consumidor. Para ello es fundamental una buena organización y planificación que nos permita "atacar" a los clubes objetivo y ganar cuota a la competencia en un mercado completamente limitado por el número de clubes. Todo ello de manera sostenible y rentable para nuestra organización, proponiendo gamas de productos competitivos que cubran las necesidades de este nicho de mercado y cumpliendo con los objetivos y recursos de la compañía destinados a este fin. Principales responsabilidades:Merchandising:- Analizar el mercado de clubes de fútbol para determinar y contribuir a la estrategia. - Participar en la elaboración de colecciones / productos especiales. - Desarrollar propuestas comerciales para dichos clubes, de forma conjunta con el departamento comercial, que cumplan con los objetivos de P&L; requeridos. - Intervenir en todo el proceso requerido de personalización local optimizando los flujos de mercancía, costes y acabados. - Seguimiento del flujo de mercancía para garantizar el óptimo servicio acordado con el club. - Seguimiento, control y reporte financiero del Budget gestionado. - Reporting de la categoría a la BU de Fútbol de Area South. Sports Marketing:- Actuar como persona de contacto con los clubes para cualquier acción relacionada con los mismos y que tenga relación con la marca:- - Generar una red de contactos que ayuden a conocer las situaciones contractuales de los clubes establecidos como "clubes objetivo"- Negociación con los "clubes objetivos"- Presentación al club de las colecciones de producto licenciado desarrolladas exclusivamente para ellos. - Desarrollar activaciones que maximicen los contratos comerciales con los clubes a través de sus tiendas cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos. - Desarrollar e implantar un menú innovador de activaciones en el ecosistema digital de nuestros clubes para conseguir los objetivos estratégicos que nos ayuden a mantener el liderazgo de mercado en la categoría de fútbol. - Elaboración de previsiones de material para los clubes así como su posterior servicio en tiempo. - Desarrollar propuestas en base a las necesidades planteadas por los clubes, siempre cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos, con mínimos de márgenes establecidos y de facturación. - Plantear nuevos proyectos dentro de la plataforma que suponen los clubes para maximizar las ventas conforme al plan estratégico de la compañía con foco en las generaciones más jóvenes. - Maximizar las relaciones con los clubes.
