.Product Manager - Marketing The Product Manager is a key memeber of the marketing team and is responsible forsupporting the company growth through the management, positioning, communication and commercialisation of the latest innovations across all our product categories, Electrical and non electrical.The role is responsible for administration, research and project management required as part of the launch of new products, as well as adapting the design and delivery of the marketing toolkits required to activate NPD launches in the local markets Job Role Market Intelligence:Analyzing a specified category on a local and international basis:Category and competitor market shares (value and volume)Competitor analysis including strategy,product range, pricing, merchandising, business models and how they link up to consumer trendsBrand health study from Global teamLead the understanding, analysis, and documentation of competitor activity to ensure competitor understanding is front and central in our planning and activationPricing local analysis and proposalsAnalysis of monthly GFK market reporting. Provide regular recommendations andRegular local market studies through internal platform, database and B2P sit. Generate regular polls and reporting with clients and internal team providing launch and campaign feedbacksCoordinate client friendly Calendars and reporting.Recommend new product concepts based on category knowledge, market intelligence and input from marketsAnalyse new product attributes & requirements, concept, claims, pricing and positioning in market to optimise product reach, sales & profitComunication:Adapt global launches and campaigns to local and brief to agencies & internal teams (social, digital), ensuring they are aligned, briefed and delivered on time:Point of sale, VM, packaging, campaign,presentations (Spain & Portugal) coordinatingwith global platforms, and localEnsure that project status, issues and successes are communicated to management and documented appropriately
